Terms of use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Serenbox service, published by TOO YOU CONSULT & GO, which helps you sort your inbox: sender analysis, moving to trash, labels, filters and unsubscribing.
Access to the service
Access requires a Google account and permission to access Gmail. The service is currently in a free test phase, open to invited accounts only. Displayed prices are indicative; no payment is requested during this phase.
How it works and reversibility
You stay in control of every decision: Serenbox suggests, you confirm. Every move to the trash is preceded by a confirmation showing the number of emails involved.
Every choice can be undone: at any time, you can return your inbox to how it was before Serenbox stepped in. Except if you use these options:
- unsubscribing: once the request has been sent to the sender, it can't be cancelled;
- trash older than 30 days: Gmail permanently deletes emails left in the trash for more than 30 days;
- deleting your Serenbox account: the history needed to undo is erased.
Your commitments
You agree to use the service only for your own inbox or an inbox you are authorised to manage, and not to attempt to compromise its security or operation.
Liability
Serenbox is provided with care, on a best-efforts basis. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of the choices you confirm, for emails permanently deleted by Gmail after 30 days in the trash, or for service interruptions caused by Google or our providers.
Availability
We strive to keep the service available at all times, without being able to guarantee it. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or because of limits imposed by Google.
Duration and termination
You can stop at any time: sign out, revoke Google access or delete your account from Settings. We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms.
Personal data
How we process your data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page. If there is a significant change, you'll be informed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first (serenbox@proton.me). Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction are those provided for by law; consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
