Your address is only used to invite you to the beta. It is deleted when the beta ends, after 12 months at the latest.

At any time, you can return your inbox to how it was before Serenbox stepped in. Except if you use these options:
- UnsubscribingOnce the request has been sent to the sender, it can't be cancelled: you would have to subscribe again with them.
- Trash older than 30 daysGmail permanently deletes emails left in the trash for more than 30 days, just as when you empty it yourself. They can no longer be restored after that.
- Deleting your Serenbox accountThe history needed to undo is erased: filters are removed, but emails already in the trash stay there.
To undo: the “Undo” button after each choice, or the clean-up history in your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
Do you read the content of my emails?
No. Serenbox only reads your email headers (sender, date, subject, unsubscribe link). The body and attachments are never accessed or stored.
Can I recover an email deleted by mistake?
Yes. Serenbox never deletes permanently: emails go to your provider's trash, where you can recover them for 30 days.
Which email providers are supported?
Gmail to start with. Outlook / Hotmail and IMAP inboxes (Yahoo, iCloud and more) are coming next.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There's no commitment and you can cancel in one click. You can also revoke access to your inbox and erase your data at any time.
Does sorting keep working when the app is closed?
Yes for Gmail: Serenbox creates filters right in your inbox, so new emails are sorted even when Serenbox is closed.
